We provide business analysis services for our clients. Our consultants ensure that the technological vision is in line with the business vision of the company. We do not believe in recommending technology and/or systems simply because it is the "in" thing. It is our belief that technology needs to be used to support the business vision of the company.

Our highly trained consultants will use rigorous methodologies as appropriate to the client needs to elicit accurate business requirements. Typically, consultants are on-site working with all relevant employees of the client to gather a complete vision of the situation at hand. At the end of the business analysis phase, a document will be produced that will typically serve as an input for the next step of the project lifecycle.

Architecture & Design

In this era of a dynamic proliferation of emerging technologies, our consultants are well experienced in providing 'n-tier' and distributed architectures for all of our engagements. Our premise is based on solid foundations of modularity, reusability, and extensibility. We do not believe in re-inventing and recreating systems when requirements and environments change. Therefore, a significant portion of our engagement is devoted to developing a robust architecture that can withstand the effects of rapidly changing requirements. Typically, we use modeling tools that can be later used by the clients as blueprints for further development long after the engagement is complete.

This phase of our project is typically started after a thorough architecture review/development phase. Our design methodologies are productive to ensure least disruption to clients and other development team members. We use appropriate versioning, modeling tools to ensure that the design of the system is always in sync with the architecture. It is flexible enough to keep pace with day-to-day changes in architecture and/or development.

Development Services & Offshore Solutions

Our development services can be availed in one of two ways: off-site or on-site. We have full-fledged development facilities in our off-shore locations in India as well as at our office in Morton Grove, IL. We recommend off-shore development for large projects to provide a competitive rate to our clients. It is to be noted that even though is done at our off-shore facilities, a full-time project manager or technical lead is usually available at the client or at our Morton Grove, IL location. Thus, clients have the necessary comfort level of talking to a senior staff in person or on the phone. All of our developers off-shore can also be accessed directly via e-mail, telephone or instant messenger services.

Regular project status reports, telephone conversations and on-site visits enable us to maintain a lively interaction between the developers and the clients. During system deployment, technical team members from our off-shore facility along with our local senior staff are present on-site to ensure a smooth deployment and hand-over of the system.
